GROUP HMS, OJSC

Following the best practices of corporate governance, since 2004 the Company prepares consolidated statements according to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). An audit of financial statements over 2006 by IFRS was conducted by Deloitte Touche. Since 2007 the audit in our Company (according to IFRS) has been conducted by JSC “PricewaterhouseCoopers”.
